It is very simple to transfer your web site, emails and shopping cart to All Ecommerce, we will tranfer your complete web site, emails, and Miva shopping cart software to our servers with no downtime at NO cost, simply signup for our services and request the transfer.

Do you offer domain name registration?
We offer new domain and transfer domain registration. All you have to do is signup with us sand request the registration of your new domain name.

How long does it take to activate my hosting account?
All all our accounts are same day setup.

What types of domain names does All Ecommerce?
We support all extensions of domain names on the Internet

What happens if I already have my domain name registered elsewhere?
No problem at all, you can simply keep your domain hosted with any other registrar and still host your web site or ecommerce site with us.

Once you setup your account with us, you can then transfer all your sites using any FTP program to our servers, we will provide you with easy to read instructions.

Why can’t I find my storefront in my control panel? How do I access my storefront?
You will receive a seperate email which will provide you with information on how to setup your Miva Storefront and it also includes useful access information regarding Miva Merchant.

Yes we can migrate you to any version of Miva you like, or simply host your current version of Miva Merchant X.X that you wish to use.

You will have access to 2 tools thru your control panel to help you design a professional web site which is template driven and requires no programming knowledge.

Yes you can use Paypal, 2Checkout, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AMEX directly thru your web site securely.

Can I use my own merchant account in my physical store with Miva Merchant?
Yes you can process credit cards manually with Miva Merchant.

Must I purchase a merchant account or credit card processing system with Miva Merchant?
This is an option, and not required. If you like to accept credit cards thru your storefront, we have merchant accounts to accommodate your needs.

How long does it take a beginner to build a storefront?
It usually takes 2-5 days for an average person to build there complete storefront with products, which really depends on how many products you may have.

Will I be able to build a storefront if I have never built a web site before?
A bsolutely, you will be able to follow the step by step wizard built into Miva to setup your storefront and upload your products and catagories. Shipping, Taxes and everything else is already setup in Miva, and very simple to change.

Can I use SSL on your servers?
Yes SSL, is included with all our packages, you can also use any other SSL provider you wish on our systems.

We backup your data every night, and we can retreive it within a few hours.

Can I upgrade my account?
You can upgrade your account at anytime directly thru your automated control panel.

What types of payment do you accept to establish an account?
We accept, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and check payment only for 1 year accounts.

How often am I billed?
This depends on what type of term you choose, monthly, yearly, semi-annual, or 2 year periods.

What happens if my credit card is declined, cancelled, or stolen?
You will have 5 business days to update this information before your account is suspended.

What is your policy on disconnecting accounts with late/no payments?
You have up to 7 days to update your information before your account is suspended, after 12 days account is removed.

Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees or taxes with any of our accounts.

Will I have access to my account 24 hours per day?
Yes your storefront and web site, emails are available to you 24/7/365.

Do you accept US and non-US wire transfers for new accounts?
We no longer accept wire transfers, only credit cards and checks for 1 year or 2 year payments only. Monthly accounts we only accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
